Customer Complaint / fault log

This is a feature that can be turned off if not required. It provides the ability to record job specific customer complaints or it can be configured to record faults and problems.

A summary report is available which will provide a management overview of all the complaints / faults by customer, by job, by problem type and also corrective actions.

Problem Categories:

You can create your own list of problem categories and sub-categories to enable post analysis of where most problems are occuring.


Corrective Actions:

Each problem or fault recorded has a corresponding corrective action section so that the exact resolution can be recorded. The name of the responsible person is is also recorded.


Tracking Open Complaints / Faults:

Each complaint / fault has a status of open or closed, so at any point the complete overview of all open complaints can be seen and followed-up on.
