Alerts & Action Tracking

There are two types of alert / action that can be created within BusinessFlow:

  • Linked to a specific Job
  • General alert linked to a customer


General Customer Alerts:

General customer alerts are created in a similar way but are on a customer basis and not linked to any jobs.

Job Specific Alerts:

Job specific alerts are created for each job. The alert could be, for example, the target date has been reached or you can create multiple add-hoc alerts and actions. Each one can be assigned to a specific employee and they will receive the pop-up alert.
