Tracking Late Deliveries

Improving your business performance is a key outcome of your quality system or ISO program. Understanding the current situation, the history of the problem over time and its causes, is a recurring requirement.

 


Later Delivery Report:

You can access a report showing all the late deliveries over a certain time period allowing the management team to understand any recurring reasons and put in place the appropriate corrective actions.

 


Recording Late Deliveries:

When you create a delivery note on a job the "current date" is compared to the "job's target date" and if the target date is passed the user is automatically presented with a late delivery screen where they can enter the cause, and a brief description.
